Whether you're ready to remove an old tattoo completely or lighten it for a cover-up, I offer effective, tailored treatments using advanced laser technology. Each session is designed with your skin and tattoo in mind, ensuring the safest and best possible results.
Laser tattoo removal is a safe and effective way to fade or fully remove unwanted tattoos using advanced laser technology. It works by delivering pulses of light energy into the skin, which break the tattoo ink into tiny particles., these are then naturally flushed out by your body’s immune system over time.
Each session targets more of the pigment, gradually reducing the visibility of the tattoo. Whether you want to lighten a tattoo for a cover-up or remove it completely, laser removal offers a proven solution with minimal damage to the surrounding skin.
Fading for a Cover-Up
Laser removal can lighten the existing ink to give your tattoo artist a cleaner canvas to work with. Fading the tattoo first gives better results, more freedom with design choices and helps avoid having to go darker or bigger than you’d like.
Depending on your goals and the existing tattoo, 2–5 sessions is often enough to lighten it enough for a cover-up.
Full Tattoo Removal
If you’re ready to say goodbye to a tattoo completely, we can work towards full removal. This process usually takes a series of sessions spaced out over several months, allowing your skin time to heal and flush out pigment safely. While some colours and older tattoos fade faster than others, I’ll always give you an honest idea of what to expect at your consultation.
Complete tattoo removal usually takes multiple sessions, depending on how deep the pigment is, the colours used and your skin’s response. To support your progress and results, we offer a special bonus! Your 6th session is completely free when booked as part of a continuing removal plan and further discounts may be available for multiple areas.

A consultation and patch test are required at least 24 hours before your first session to assess skin response and tailor your treatment.
Before starting laser brow removal, a consultation and patch test are required at least 24 hours before treatment. This allows us to assess your skin, review your pigment, and customise your treatment plan safely.
The patch test involves applying a small spot of laser to check your skin’s reaction and how the pigment begins to lift. Medical and consent forms will be emailed in advance and must be completed before your appointment.
On the day, we’ll review your forms, discuss your suitability, and guide you through the process, preparation, and what to expect afterwards. It's also a great opportunity to ask questions and feel confident moving forward.
This appointment takes around 30 minutes, and treatment cannot begin until the patch test is complete and your skin has settled — typically after 24 hours.
To get the best results from your laser brow removal, please follow these tips:
Arrival & Prep You’ll be welcomed in and we’ll check how your skin reacted to the patch test. If all is well, we’ll prep the area by gently cleaning the skin and applying a cool compress.
Laser Treatment The laser will be passed over the brow area using short, controlled pulses of light. These pulses break down the pigment beneath the skin’s surface into tiny particles. You may feel a mild snapping sensation a bit like a rubber band, but the process is quick and only lasts a few minutes per brow.
Cooling & Soothe Immediately afterwards we cool the area again to reduce any heat, redness or swelling. This keeps your skin in tip top condition and helps support recovery.
Aftercare Review We’ll go over how to care for your skin over the next few days and book in another session or a review appointment for 8 weeks time.
Caring for your skin after laser brow removal is essential for safe healing and the best results. It’s normal to experience redness, swelling, warmth, scabbing or temporary darkening of the pigment; to support proper healing. Keep the area clean and dry, avoid touching or scratching, stay out of the sun until healed (then apply SPF 30+), skip makeup, creams, tanning, heat and exercise for a few days and drink plenty of water to aid recovery. A detailed aftercare guide will be emailed to you after each session to help you care for your skin properly.
Laser tattoo removal is a progressive process that typically requires multiple sessions spaced several weeks apart to achieve optimal results. Each treatment works to break down more ink particles within the skin, the total number of sessions needed varies for each person and cannot be predicted with certainty.
Complete removal isn’t guaranteed, as outcomes are influenced by various factors such as tattoo size, colour complexity, skin type, body placement and individual healing response.
While many tattoos may fade dramatically or even clear entirely, others may only show partial fading. Lasers primarily target ink in the skin’s upper layers but tattoos with deep ink penetration - especially those applied with excess pressure - may be more resistant and harder to fully eliminate.
Throughout your course of treatments, your progress will be closely monitored and laser settings will be adjusted based on how well the ink fades and how your skin responds.
Laser tattoo removal outcomes can differ greatly from person to person. Several factors influence the effectiveness of treatment, including the tattoo’s size, ink colours, depth, skin type, location on the body and individual healing response.
Some tattoos may fade substantially or disappear altogether over time, while others might only show partial reduction. The laser targets ink particles embedded in the upper layers of the skin (dermis). However, if the tattoo was applied with excessive pressure, forcing ink into deeper tissues like the subcutaneous fat layer, full breakdown of the pigment may prove difficult — making complete removal unlikely in certain cases.
Due to these variables, the number of sessions required and the potential for total removal cannot be precisely predicted.
Laser tattoo removal uses ultra-short, high-intensity pulses of light that penetrate the skin and target the tattoo ink. The ink pigments absorb this laser energy, causing them to rapidly heat and shatter into tiny fragments.
Once broken down, these microscopic ink particles become small enough for the body’s immune system to identify as foreign material. Over the following weeks and months, the particles are gradually eliminated through natural processes, primarily via the lymphatic system.
This gradual breakdown means fading continues well after each session, contributing to the progressive lightening of the tattoo over time.
Laser tattoo removal sessions are typically spaced a minimum of 8 weeks apart to allow for proper skin healing and give the body time to eliminate fragmented ink particles through the lymphatic system. It’s important that the skin is fully healed before proceeding with the next treatment.
Laser tattoo removal isn't completely pain-free, most clients describe the sensation as uncomfortable yet manageable with no need for anaesthetics.
The experience is commonly compared to a rubber band snapping against the skin - quick and sharp but tolerable. If you managed the discomfort of getting the tattoo, chances are you'll be able to handle the removal process just fine. Sessions are also much shorter than the original tattooing procedure.
The length of a laser tattoo removal session depends on the size and number of tattoos being treated. A small tattoo may take as little as 5 minutes while larger or multiple tattoos could require 30 to 60 minutes or more.
We will assess the size, location, and complexity of your tattoo during your consultation and provide a more accurate estimate tailored to your treatment plan.
No - all traces of tanning products must be removed from the treatment area before your laser session. This includes all fake tanning agents, gradual tanning moisturisers, oils and lotions. This is because fake tan acts as pigmentation on the skin - which could cause complications with your treatment.
You may use self tan on other body areas - you just need to avoid your desired treatment area.
When performed correctly and with proper aftercare, laser tattoo removal typically does not cause new scarring. It can however sometimes reveal pre-existing scars that formed during the original tattooing process.
Tattooing involves repeated needle penetration into the skin, which - especially in cases of sensitive skin or aggressive technique - can lead to scarring beneath the ink. These marks often go unnoticed because the ink conceals them. As laser treatment fades the pigment and clears the skin’s surface these hidden scars may become visible. This possibility will be discussed during your consultation so that you’re fully informed before starting treatment.
Following a laser tattoo removal session your skin may go through several normal and temporary reactions as part of the healing process. These are typical signs that your body is working to recover:
